Current Opportunities

Communications Manager

Full-Time

The Communications Manager is responsible for planning, creating and managing all aspects of the organization’s marketing and communications. As the sole member of the marketing department, this person must be a strong writer, creative thinker and highly organized executor who can operate independently while collaborating across departments.

Executive Assistant

Full-Time

Festa is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant who is highly organized, loyal, emotionally intelligent and deeply committed to supporting the Executive Director (ED) at the highest level.

This is not a traditional administrative role. This is a strategic partnership.

The right candidate will anticipate needs before they arise, protect the Executive Director’s time and priorities, handle sensitive information with complete discretion and serve as a trusted gatekeeper and thought partner. You will play a key role in strengthening donor relationships, supporting board engagement and ensuring the ED can operate at peak efficiency.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love managing details and take deep satisfaction in helping a leader succeed, this may be the role for you.
