Mental Health Resources

Syntero offers outpatient counseling services at 4 locations, and provides mental health prevention services as a partnership with Hilliard City Schools and Franklin Co. ADAMH Board. School-based preventions services are available at no cost to families and provide the opportunity for students to learn healthy coping skills and reduce risk.

Services offered:

  1. School-Based Prevention Services: School-based clinicians provide short term sessions focusing on skill building and reducing risk. Clinicians can help link students to higher levels of care if needed. Services include Individual sessions, small groups, classroom lessons, staff professional development, parent workshops, and more. The support services are usually offered during school hours; however, summer programming is available. These services are offered in Hilliard, Dublin, Grandview, and Upper Arlington Schools. The individual receiving support must be enrolled in the previously mentioned school districts. The Hilliard Schools contact person is “Shantel Jordan” and you can contact them at sjordan@syntero.org or by calling 614-636-1050. This service is available at no cost.

  1. Syntero Outpatient/Behavioral Health Counseling: Behavioral health counseling services are offered to children, teenagers, and adults. The hours of the counseling services depends on the location. The Mill Run location is located at 3645 Ridge Mill Drive Columbus, Ohio 43026. There are also locations in Dublin, Lewis Center, and the Northeast area. This program does cost money and will bill your insurance to pay for the services.
